SAM Splint 36″ Flat Charcoal

The SAM® Splint 36″ Flat Charcoal is engineered to temporarily immobilize extremities following traumatic injury, making it a dependable tool for pre-hospital emergency care, wilderness rescue, and trauma response. Combining two layers of closed-cell foam with a malleable aluminum core, it can be bent and shaped into strong structural arcs using the innovative C-Curve™ Principle. This design provides secure support while remaining significantly lighter and more adaptable than traditional rigid splints.

This splint can be cut to size with standard scissors, allowing it to be customized to fit a wide range of injuries and patient needs. It is reusable, compact, and easily stored flat or rolled. To apply, the splint only requires basic wrap or tape to maintain its form and immobilize the affected area.
