The SmartTriage System has been successfully used by many agencies at multiple casualty event for over 25 years. It is the national triage system for the UK ans Australia, has been adopted by seventeen US states, including various NATO member, and is the mandated system used by Médecins Sans Frontiéres. 

The triage system maximizes the survival changes of casualties and minimizes suffering.
