Rescue Essentials QuickLitter Lite

The Rescue Essentials QuikLitter™ Lite is a compact, lightweight emergency litter designed to support patient movement in pre-hospital and tactical environments. It provides a practical solution for everyday EMS use, casualty evacuation during Mass Casualty Incidents, Rescue Task Force operations, military missions, and Search and Rescue deployments.

The litter features ten large carrying handles to help responders maintain stable and controlled handling. Four handles are positioned along each side, with an oversized handle at both the head and foot. This configuration provides multiple carrying positions and allows responders to adapt their grip according to the operational environment and available personnel.

Constructed from heavy-duty, latex-free nylon webbing, the QuikLitter™ Lite has been tested to support loads of up to 750 lb. Its soft-stretcher design makes it suitable for situations where a rigid stretcher may be unavailable, impractical, or difficult to transport.

Vacuum-packed for reduced storage size, the litter is compact enough to fit inside the cargo pocket of many tactical and EMS trousers. It may also be carried in a QuikLitter Lite™ Pouch or FLAT IFAK pouch attached to a tactical or Rescue Task Force vest, helping responders keep a casualty movement device readily accessible.

An attached drawstring pouch allows the litter to be restuffed after deployment. This reusable storage feature is particularly useful for training exercises and preparedness programmes.

Its compact format and accessible price make the QuikLitter™ Lite suitable for placement in emergency vehicles, law-enforcement fleets, public-access response locations, and alongside bleeding-control equipment. It provides responders with a portable casualty collection and movement device for environments where space, weight, and rapid access are important.
